InvArch Network — “It’s Grow Time” Community Sale Event

The InvArch Network core team is excited to announce “It’s Grow Time,” a special token event open to the InvArch community. This event is an opportunity for InvArch community members to obtain InvArch Access Passes, which are exclusive reward-bearing NFTs for the InvArch Network.

The event will be held to express our gratitude to the incredible community members and partners that contributed to the development of InvArch. Additionally, it will allow the community to actively participate in the network’s future through on-chain governance. Most importantly, it will help the InvArch Network core team grow as they get ready to release world-changing DAO solutions & secure a Polkadot parachain slot.

Each wallet that holds an InvArch Access Pass NFT will be airdropped VARCH tokens in a ratio of 2,000 VARCH per 1 NFT.

The “It’s Grow Time” event highlights

Distribution Times:

InvArch Access Pass NFTs: 14 days after the community event ends.
VARCH token airdrop: 14 days after the TGE.

Locks and vestings:

30% initially unlocked following the airdrop.
70% will experience 1-year linear vesting by block.

Price*:
$50 in DOT equivalent for the Community round
$55 in DOT equivalent for the Ecosystem round
$60 in DOT equivalent for the Public round

* final price in DOT will be determined on the page sale during the event

Max Contribution*:
25 NFTs per address for the Community round
50 NFTs per address for the Ecosystem round
100 NFTs per address for the Public round

* Maximum 175 NFTs per address for addresses whitelisted for all rounds.

Event Structure

The “It’s Grow Time” event will consist of three different phases over a period of 168 hours. Participation in the first two rounds requires whitelisting. The third round is free for all participants. Addresses that are whitelisted for multiple rounds can participate in every round.

In order to participate, you will need a Polkadot-compatible wallet, ex: Talisman wallet, Nova wallet, or polkadot.js.

All NFTs provided in the event will be distributed on a First Come — First Served basis.

Fairness to our supporters in the community and ecosystem was a priority for the InvArch Network core team while designing this event. While still being able to support network operations, our objective is to recognize and thank our community and partners for their dedication and support during the development and launch process.

The “It’s Grow Time” event rounds

Community round

The InvArch team will allocate a total of 2,000 NFTs for the Community Phase with a price of $50 in DOT equivalent. The round will last 24 hours, starting February 13th at 4:00 PM UTC. Participants will be able to purchase up to 25 NFTs per address at this time.

In order to participate in this round, your address should be whitelisted by the InvArch Network core team. Whitelisted addresses will be determined by the network snapshot* and will include the following groups of participants:

YoudleDAO members (addresses holding a Youdle NFT)
InvArch Ambassadors (Past & Present)
InvArch banner NFT holders
Tinkernet Crowdloan Participants (addresses that participated in the Tinkernet crowdloan event, including participants that contributed through Bifrost)

Ecosystem round

The InvArch team will allocate an additional 3,000 NFTs for the Community Phase. At this time, all NFTs (which includes any remaining NFTs from the Community Phase) will be listed at a price of $55 equivalent in DOT. The round will last 48 hours, starting February 14th at 4:00 PM UTC. Participants will be able to purchase up to 50 NFTs per address at this time.

OCIF Testnet participants (addresses that participated in the OCIF Staking: Public Testing event)
Kanaria NFT holders (addresses that hold a Kanaria NFT)
Phala World holders (addresses that hold a Phala World Spirit NFT)
Kusama Kingdom holders (addresses that hold a Kusama King or a Kusama Queen NFT)
ApeXchimpz holders (addresses that hold a BuffChimp NFT or an APE NFT, or a NANA NFT)

Public round

The InvArch team will allocate a final addition of 5,000 NFTs for the Public Phase. At this time, all NFTs (which includes any remaining NFTs from the Community & Ecosystem Phases) will be listed at a price of $60 equivalent in DOT. The round will last for 96 hours starting February 16th at 4:00 PM UTC. Participants will be able to purchase up to 100 NFTs per address at this time.

This round is open to the general public.

FAQ

When TGE?

The TGE for VARCH will be soon after InvArch Network becomes a parachain on Polkadot. This will happen once we win the auction for the parachain slot.

Will InvArch still hold a community crowdloan for its Polkadot parachain slot?

Yes, plans for the project’s crowdloan will be released at the end of February.

I’m whitelisted to multiple rounds. How many NFTs can I purchase?

If your address is whitelisted to more than one round, you can participate in any of them or in every. The maximum purchasable amount per address is 175 NFTs (25 in the Community Round, 50 in the Ecosystem Round, and 100 in Public Round)

When is the Polkadot parachain auction?

The InvArch Network plans to participate in a Polkadot parachain auction in late March of 2023.

Can I participate with a hardware wallet address (Ledger, Trezor, etc.) in the event?

Unfortunately, no. Please use wallets like Talisman wallet, Nova wallet, SubWallet, or Polkadot.js.

Can I send my funds to the event wallet address to participate?

Participation in the event is only available through the event UI on the official sale page. Please do not send any funds to the event wallet. All funds received that way InvArch team will consider as a donation.

What will be the mechanic of token distribution after we receive our NFTs?

Shortly after the VARCH TGE, we will make a network snapshot of all “Let’s Grow” NFT holders, and the VARCH tokens will be airdropped to all recorded addresses. You don’t need to burn or send your NFT to any address.
